Public Institution Customer Service Quality Surveys
Periodically, we conduct public opinion surveys to capture the level of satisfaction with public service delivery throughout municipalities. We analyze the quality of public service delivery and examine the level of customer’s satisfaction in municipal services (for example, water and sewerage services, electricity services, land administration, vital registrations, trade registration and other public services). This enables public institutions to identify the level of service quality and customer satisfaction at any point in time. The survey results provide a framework for city administrators to prepare plans and allocate budget priorities based on the identified priorities of their citizens. These surveys also provide an important tool for understanding the needs and perceptions of city dwellers and identify areas for improvement on an ongoing basis.
Civic Engagement Surveys
Ethiopoll conducts public opinion surveys during political campaign seasons and in-between election cycles to capture and track the movement of voter opinions on matters of importance to the public, to public election institutions, and to other stakeholders.
Policy Opinion Surveys
